RF Design Engineer

Job Summary

To support the National In-Building Strategy & PMO team, the remote contract RF Design Engineer will drive operational efficiencies, manage complex technical deployments of in-building DAS systems, and coordinate strategic infrastructure lifecycle management initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve in-building and venue DAS designs, ensuring alignment with centralized strategy and design standards
• Analyze network KPIs to recommend design strategies that improve capital and operational efficiency
• Lead execution of multi-site projects, managing vendor relationships and coordinating with internal teams to resolve project roadblocks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 7+ years of In-Building RF design and optimization experience
• 3+ years of technical project management experience
• iBwave Level 3 certification
• Proficiency in RF design for LTE and NR networks, with familiarity with network OEM equipment (Ericsson/Samsung)
