Job Summary

A company is looking for an RF Engineer to support various RF design, optimization, and project-based activities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform RF design tasks including virtual site reviews, design documentation, and regulatory packages
Conduct LTE/NR optimization and analyze KPI data to improve performance
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and perform field visits to validate designs

Required Qualifications

5+ years of RF optimization experience, preferably with Ericsson
Strong knowledge of LTE/NR KPIs and related optimization strategies
Proficiency with RF tools such as TrueCall, AirWave, and RTT
Understanding of wireless build processes and ability to read RF design documents
Some higher education required; bachelor's degree preferred
