Job Summary

A company is looking for an RF Engineer to design, optimize, and deploy wireless networks.

Key Responsibilities

Perform RF design and optimization for macro and small cell LTE/5G networks
Create search areas and support candidate site selection for deployments
Conduct RF site walks and document discrepancies against proposed designs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
Experience with RF tools such as Atoll, Planet, Asset, or iBwave
Familiarity with LTE and 5G NR technologies
Experience supporting large, multi-market or nationwide carrier programs
Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
