RF Engineer Instructor

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive training and support, the fully remote RF Engineer Instructor will maintain the Delta 8 training database and tracking systems while leveraging over 15 years of RF product development experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the Delta 8 training database and AF Form for training completion tracking
• Conduct RF, EM, and thermal simulation and modeling to support training initiatives
• Utilize systems-level understanding of RF front-ends and architecture from Antenna through the ADC

Required qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance (TS/SCI) within 24 months of hire
• Experience with PEX - Patriot Excalibur
• Over 15 years of RF product development experience for performance-oriented applications
• Familiarity with Mission Design Series and Mission Qualification Training
• Understanding of risk mitigation strategies in engineering contexts
