RF Product Line Manager

Job Summary

Leading business strategy and product line ownership for Adaptive RF SoC products, the full-time RF Portfolio Product Line Manager will define product strategy, engage with customers, and oversee new product introduction and market execution, with the flexibility to work remotely or from San Jose, California.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and manage new product introduction processes, collaborating with internal teams and external customers
• Develop a comprehensive product line strategy based on customer requirements, market trends, and competitive dynamics
• Prepare go-to-market plans and track progress against new product introduction goals

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of RF and analog technologies, including RF sampling data converters and DSP
• Proven semiconductor industry experience in sales, marketing, or product management
• Demonstrated customer empathy and experience in identifying customer needs
• Master's degree in a technical discipline or MBA is a plus
