RF Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RF Program Manager to manage programs related to RF detection and tracking for the Space Force Joint Capabilities Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Space Force Joint Capabilities Office programs to meet RF detection and reporting requirements
• Lead efforts for the Pentagon Strategic Capabilities Office, including tasking and operational support
• Oversee post-sales business operations, ensuring alignment between customer needs and technical capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Geospatial Sciences, or a related technical field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in space operations, GEOINT, RF detection, or ground station mission support
• Strong understanding of satellite orbits and RF detection workflows
• Proven ability to manage complex operational programs and technical teams
