Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document RF and OTA reliability tests
• Analyze data to determine signal performance and troubleshoot failures
• Collaborate with teams to investigate failures and improve testing methods

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in reliability testing, RF/OTA testing, or hardware validation
• Hands-on experience with RF test equipment and OTA chambers
• Experience with conducted station testing for RF characterization
• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Physics, or related technical field
• Ability to analyze and summarize complex datasets
