RF Test Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RF Test Engineer (RF/OTA).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document RF and OTA reliability tests
• Analyze data to determine signal performance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare test reports for engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in reliability testing, RF/OTA testing, or hardware validation
• Hands-on experience with RF test equipment and OTA chambers
• Experience with conducted station testing for RF characterization
• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets
