RFP Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced RFP Analyst to join a dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity, responsible for managing technical documentation, handling inquiries and proposals, and developing automation to enhance efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drafting persuasive content and editing technical information for client-focused responses
• Managing multiple concurrent projects and coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines
• Updating RFP portals and completing Due Diligence Questionnaires for partners and prospective customers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• 1-3 years of experience in Due Diligence, RFP/proposal writing, or partner management, preferably in fintech or financial services
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and external proposal software
• Experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
• Strong analytical skills to interpret RFP requirements and evaluate complex data for tailored proposals
