RFP Analyst for SLED

Job Summary

Supporting public-sector sales efforts, the full-time remote RFP Analyst for SLED will manage the development and submission of responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other procurement opportunities while collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and manage SLED RFPs, RFIs, and formal solicitations from intake through submission, maintaining schedules and compliance matrices
• Draft and edit proposal responses tailored to public-sector needs, ensuring alignment with mandatory requirements and evaluation criteria
• Coordinate with internal contributors and track upcoming procurements and contract expirations to identify future opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in RFP management, proposal development, or public-sector sales support
• Demonstrated experience with complex solicitation documents and compliance-driven proposal responses
• Familiarity with government procurement processes, including RFPs and public bid portals
• Experience in SaaS or legal technology environments selling to public-sector organizations
• Proficiency with Salesforce, proposal management platforms, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications
