RFP Content Lead

Job Summary

Leading content strategy and development for RFPs and consultant databases, the full-time RFP Content Lead will collaborate with various teams to ensure high-quality and accurate content while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain content within third-party content management tools, ensuring updates and organization strategies are effective
• Utilize technical expertise and automation tools to enhance content management processes and develop training for proposal writers
• Oversee the collection and maintenance of information for consultant databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with client requirements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of data management or related experience, or an equivalent combination of work experience, training, military service, or education
• Experience developing or managing RFPs, RFIs, or similar client-facing content
• Proficiency with content management platforms and tools
• Knowledge of retirement plans, investments, plan design, services, regulations, and industry trends
• Bachelor's degree preferred
