Job Summary

To support growth initiatives, the full-time remote RFP Coordinator will manage the proposal lifecycle, creating persuasive content and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver winning proposals.

Key responsibilities
  • Project manage the entire RFP process, ensuring all stakeholders meet their milestones
  • Write compelling and customized content for RFPs, RFIs, and executive summaries
  • Develop high-impact presentations and maintain a database of proposal responses and client references
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in bid management, corporate communications, or project management
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
  • High proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
  • A Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent experience
