RFP Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RFP Manager to support growth in the healthcare payment integrity market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination of RFPs, RFIs, and vendor questionnaires for large enterprise healthcare clients
• Write, edit, and tailor compelling responses while maintaining a centralized RFP content library
• Identify opportunities to streamline RFP processes and support onboarding and training of sales team members

Required Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare payment integrity, payer operations, or healthcare technology
• Proven track record managing RFPs or complex proposal processes is preferred
• Strong project management abilities with a knack for organization and deadline management
• Ability to collaborate across technical, clinical, and business teams
• Familiarity with payment integrity concepts such as claims monitoring and clinical validation
