RFP Project Specialist
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end process of drafting and refining proposals, the remote RFP Project Specialist will manage RFPs, RFIs, and client proposals while coordinating between sales, advisory, and implementation teams.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and refine RFPs, RFIs, and custom proposals for institutional prospects
- Collaborate with advisors to translate complex concepts into clear proposal content
- Maintain project trackers for concurrent sales pursuits and client implementations
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing, sales operations, or project management
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Notion for documentation and workflow tracking
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with autonomy
- Curiosity and comfort with AI tools to enhance writing speed and organization
- Background in institutional, technical, or academic writing is a plus
