RFP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Request for Proposal (RFP) Specialist to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Proposal Manager to design and implement the overall proposal development process
• Manage and meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and due dates
• Establish productive relationships with various teams across the organization to ensure accurate and updated content

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing and delivering RFP responses
• Proven ability to analyze RFP requirements and develop winning responses
• Strong project management and organization skills
• Capable of building cross-functional relationships
• Familiarity with IT principles and terminology
