RFP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RFP Specialist to manage the strategy and development of complex proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of RFP responses and analyze requirements to align with customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure compliance and brand consistency
• Develop and maintain proposal content, manage multiple RFPs, and conduct post-submission reviews for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in RFP management or proposal strategy
• Advanced ability to structure and map RFPs in Loopio
• Proficiency with Loopio, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and structured intake tools
• Familiarity with benefits, insurance, HR, or healthcare industry trends (preferred)
