RFP Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Request for Proposal (RFP) Strategist to manage the end-to-end RFP process and ensure high-quality responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage RFP responses from start to finish, including writing Cover Letters and Executive Summaries
• Ensure compliance and quality of RFP responses while collaborating with various teams
• Research clients and target audiences to develop effective messaging and content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of related professional experience
• Proficiency with Associated Press (AP) style guide standards
• APMP Foundation-level Certification preferred
• Experience with RFPIO and/or Adobe Workfront is a plus
