Job Summary

Seeking a remote contract RFP Writer, the ideal candidate will manage the completion of technical questionnaires and proposals, utilizing AI tools to enhance responses and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the RFP and technical compliance questionnaire completion processes from start to finish, tailoring proposals to client specifications
• Draft and edit clear, professional, and persuasive proposal narratives while ensuring compliance with solicitation instructions and branding guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to gather information and maintain a centralized repository of proposal templates and past submissions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• 2-5+ years of experience in proposal writing, technical writing, copywriting, or grant writing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with proposal software such as Qvidian, Loopio, or RFPio
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
