Job Summary

Seeking a remote contract RFP Writer, the ideal candidate will manage the completion of technical questionnaires and proposals, utilizing AI tools to assist in crafting compelling submissions while collaborating with internal teams and ensuring compliance with client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the RFP and technical compliance questionnaire completion processes, interpreting requirements and drafting tailored proposals
• Draft and edit persuasive proposal narratives, collaborating with subject matter experts to effectively communicate complex offerings
• Maintain a centralized repository of proposal templates and manage multiple concurrent proposals to ensure timely submissions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• 2-5+ years of experience in proposal writing, technical writing, or grant writing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with proposal software such as Qvidian, Loopio, or RFPio
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
