RFP Writer

Job Summary

To support business development efforts, the full-time remote RFP Writer will craft tailored, persuasive responses to RFPs, collaborate with marketing teams on visual content, and optimize the proposal process to effectively articulate the company's value proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Write high-quality, customized responses to RFPs and other marketing materials
• Collaborate with marketing team members to enhance visual presentation and content
• Manage the proposal process, ensuring deadlines are met and responses are accurate and compelling

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Two or more years of relevant experience in RFP writing, marketing, or project management
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office products
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Experience engaging with senior professionals and sales teams
