Job Summary

As a full-time RFP Writer working remotely, the successful candidate will craft strategic proposals that highlight the value of Alegeus solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead RFx projects from kickoff to submission.

Key responsibilities

• Shape winning proposals to drive new business growth and strengthen strategic partnerships
• Transform complex expertise into clear, client-focused solutions by partnering with various teams
• Lead high-impact RFx projects, ensuring responses are accurate, compliant, and timely

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in proposal development or RFx management within regulated industries
• Experience with proposal automation platforms such as Responsive (RFPIO) or similar solutions
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to create persuasive content
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; APMP Certification is a plus
• Familiarity with AI-enabled writing and content management tools is preferred
