Job Summary
A company is looking for a Portal and RFX Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Customer's Procurement and Compliance Portals and RFx activities to support post-sale processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Customer Success regarding Portal engagement and RFx responses
- Manage the intake and completion of post-sale RFx, ensuring timely and accurate customer responses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with RFx and Customer Portals, preferably in a software company
- Familiarity with RFx management software and bid management
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience in Salesforce is an advantage
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment and operate in ambiguity
