Job Summary
A company is looking for a RGM & Commercial Planning Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze macro level datasets on market trends, competitive landscape for strategy, and long range planning innovation
- Pull data from syndicated sources to perform promotional analysis and develop pricing/promotional strategies across all key retailers
- Create and maintain models to optimize price, package and assortment across channels
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience within RGM, Finance, Analytics, or Commercial Planning roles
- Experience coming from a fast growth company/category is a plus
- 3+ years of experience working with SPINS, Nielsen and other syndicated data platforms to provide insights
- Deeply passionate about the company, and inspired by what it represents
- Enthusiastic and comfortable working in an early stage company. Ability to think rapidly in a growing and changing environment
