Job Summary

Leading complex customer engagements, the full-time remote RHEL Architect will support the development of intricate task lists, mentor junior team members, and guide successful implementations of Red Hat solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Supports the development and review of complex task lists while ensuring alignment with customer requirements
• Leads multiple work streams on complex engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to influence solution adoption
• Mentors junior team members and proactively identifies technical challenges, developing solutions to mitigate risks

Required qualifications

• Expertise in designing and implementing complex services solution architectures
• Proven experience in consultative selling and understanding complex business challenges
• Strong skills in gathering and analyzing technical requirements
• Expert knowledge of Red Hat's product portfolio and its application in diverse environments
• Experience in delivering compelling product demonstrations to various audiences
