Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inpatient Coder- PRN.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and review medical records for accurate code assignment
• Prepare daily coding logs and maintain coding accuracy standards
• Adhere to coding guidelines and maintain professional educational standards

Required Qualifications

• RHIA, RHIT, or CCS certification in good standing with AHIMA
• Two years of inpatient coding experience in a hospital setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record Systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in coding tasks
