RHIT Certified Coding Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Coding Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client needs and expectations to ensure project scope and deliverables are met
• Coordinate resource allocation and assignments to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Maintain coding standards and manage coding staff to ensure productivity and quality standards are met

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum 5 years' experience in coding
• Minimum of 3 years mentoring staff
• Extensive auditing experience in multiple specialties
• Certification such as RHIT, RHIA, CPC, CIC, COC, CCS, or CCS-P
• Extensive knowledge of AMA, OIG, CMS, and national coding and compliance guidelines
