Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Staff Attorney, Workers' Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex legal issues and develop defense strategies independently
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions, without supervision
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel regarding legal matters
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of legal practice experience in Workers' Compensation
- JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island
- Additional licensure in Vermont, New Hampshire, or Maine is a plus
- Self-directed with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
