Job Summary

Reviewing property valuations for compliance with federal and state laws, the full-time Senior Review Appraiser will ensure adequate collateral value for loans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to review collateral documentation
• Communicate consistently with departments and sales to meet pipeline metrics and quality guidelines
• Identify and address escalated collateral issues while adhering to compliance regulations

Required qualifications

• Licensed / Certified Appraiser
• Three years or more of mortgage or consumer loan underwriting experience, with appraisal review experience preferred
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external clients
