Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit & Data Analyst to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review monthly benefits claims reports, including analysis of claims and utilization costs
• Prepare financial portions of client presentations and develop clients' benefits budgets
• Maintain data integrity and analyze data to provide insights for cross-selling opportunities

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Employee Benefit plans
• Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
• License in Life and Health required or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
