Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from lottery retailers regarding equipment issues, supply requests, and game information
  • Connect with internal departments to resolve customer issues and accurately diagnose terminal equipment problems
  • Document each retailer contact in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool with relevant details
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar industry
  • General computer knowledge with basic data entry skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
  • Active listening skills and ability to communicate clearly with diverse customers
