Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time 1099 Licensed Clinical Therapist, licensed in Rhode Island, will provide therapeutic counseling services to college students, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic counseling and develop treatment plans for a primarily young adult population
- Document sessions and submit HIPAA-compliant records using TimelyCare's electronic health record system
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure continuity of care and adhere to documentation standards and ethical guidelines
Required qualifications:
- Active Rhode Island state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Experience in crisis intervention, safety planning, and providing services to young adults or at-risk populations
- Strong skills in clinical documentation and assessment
- Background in community mental health or college counseling environments is preferred
- Familiarity with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT
