Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Specialist Outpatient Telecommute-Surgical Coder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM and CPT codes based on outpatient clinical documentation
• Utilize 3M 360 Finder for code assignment and resolve claim edits
• Monitor uncoded reports and ensure timely coding and billing processes

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a formal coding educational program
• Coding certification from AHIMA or AAPC
• One to two years of experience in outpatient coding or billing
• Ability to meet established quality and productivity standards
