Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner Virtual Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care services through a remote technology platform
• Provide holistic, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling for patients aged 18 months and above
• Document encounters utilizing an electronic health record (EHR) and collaborate with a team of professionals for care coordination

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Completion of a Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Unrestricted license with the ability to obtain multi-state/compact privileges as required
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by start date, subject to approved exemptions
