Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensed Inside Sales Representative (Remote - Home Based Work).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, live chat, and SMS
- Utilize insurance expertise to identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and convert prospects into customers
- Obtain and maintain a Property & Casualty Lines license with assistance provided by the company
Required Qualifications
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License in the state of residence is preferred
- At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience with a sales focus is preferred
- Open to working weekends and nights
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Ability to work independently and navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously
