A company is looking for an Inside Sales Insurance Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell auto and homeowners insurance to members via phone and online
• Conduct outbound sales calls and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and collaborate with underwriting and quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience required
• Must obtain Personal Lines Insurance License within 30 days
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space
• Outbound or cold-calling experience strongly preferred
