Job Summary
Proactively engaging with policyholders, the full-time Rhode Island Licensed Insurance Agent will identify retention opportunities, recommend insurance solutions, and provide customer support in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Identify at-risk policyholders and connect with them to retain coverage
- Offer premium discounts, policy rewrites, and cross-sell insurance solutions
- Provide inbound and outbound support related to policy reviews and promote AAA Membership benefits
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of sales or customer service experience
- Must obtain a Personal Lines license within 30 days of training
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule, including 3 days in the RI office
- Quiet, dedicated home office space for remote work days
