Job Summary

Evaluating performance through call monitoring of Insurance lines of business, the full-time Rhode Island Licensed Insurance Quality Control will ensure quality and adherence to policies while working remotely from Providence, RI.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine and non-routine monitoring of calls, providing objective evaluations based on pre-set guidelines
• Attend calibration meetings to offer feedback and identify coaching opportunities, documenting trends and recommendations for improvement
• Perform trend and error analysis, presenting actionable insights to management to enhance performance and support training initiatives

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in the Insurance industry required
• 2+ years of experience in Quality, data, and report analysis required
• Valid Personal Lines License required
• Insurance Designation (ARC, CISR, ACSR) within 12 months preferred
