Job Summary

Leading a team of licensed insurance agents, the full-time salaried Rhode Island Licensed Insurance Sales Manager will drive sales performance, mentor team members, and ensure exceptional customer service while working remotely from Rhode Island.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of licensed insurance sales agents
• Drive insurance sales performance and meet team and department goals
• Analyze sales metrics and implement improvement strategies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of direct leadership/management sales experience
• Minimum of 6 years of insurance sales experience with a track record of success
• Active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license upon hire
• Life Insurance License (state specific) required within 1 year
