Job Summary

Seeking a Rhode Island Licensed Litigation Attorney, the full-time hybrid position will manage a diverse caseload in the product liability practice group, requiring strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a large caseload, including high exposure product liability cases across the country
• Participate in depositions, oral arguments, and mediations as needed
• Collaborate with team members to deliver superior client service and foster professional relationships

Required qualifications

• Must be licensed and admitted to practice in Rhode Island
• A minimum of three years of litigation experience preferred, but all experience levels are welcome to apply
• Experience with depositions, oral arguments, and mediations is preferred
• Trial experience is a plus but not required
• Strong academic background and self-motivated work ethic
