Job Summary

Leading a team focused on Medicare Part B documentation, the full-time Rhode Island Licensed Medicare Supervisor will manage daily operations, support training and development, and address complex documentation issues in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor team productivity, quality, and performance in a high-volume revenue cycle setting
• Coach and mentor team members while developing job aids and maintaining compliance documentation
• Analyze reports to identify trends and drive efforts to resolve unbilled issues, ensuring timelines are met

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in insurance billing, collections, or health plan claims processing
• 1+ year of leadership experience with a focus on team performance and employee development
• Rhode Island Pharmacy Technician License (Tech II) and CPhT Certification by PTCB
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
