Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishes policies and procedures for loan relationship management and oversees loan servicing activities
• Directs and evaluates the performance of the loan service team and identifies training and staffing needs
• Maintains relationships with vendors and communicates regularly with the Mortgage Leadership Team regarding pipeline status and closing results

Required Qualifications

• 10 plus years of Mortgage Banking Sales & Leadership Experience
• Extensive market experience in the New England region
• Proven ability to recruit top talent in Loan Officers for the assigned region
• Ability to coordinate across multiple business lines and develop strong relationships
• Bachelor's Degree required
