Job Summary

Delivering telehealth-based acute care services, the full-time Remote Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner will manage virtual patient care, coordinate across providers, and document encounters while working rotating shifts in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and video-based urgent care to patients, caregivers, and facility staff
• Perform assessments, manage acute/chronic conditions, and document encounters in EMR
• Coordinate care across providers, facilities, and care teams while supporting care transitions

Required Qualifications

• Active NP license (unrestricted) in home state with the ability to obtain additional licenses
• Graduate of an accredited NP program (MSN or DNP)
• Board Certification: FNP, ANP, GNP, or AGACNP (AANP or ANCC)
• DEA license or ability to obtain
• Strong EMR and computer skills with the ability to maintain schedule reliability
