Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and complete criteria based on prior authorization as per policy and procedure
• Assess patient profiles, drug interactions, sensitivities, and drug usage database related to prescriptions
• Dispense prescription medication and perform quality checks for accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D required
• Must have an active license in good standing
• Must provide high-speed internet with a minimum of 25 Mb download and 3 Mb upload
• Must have a sufficient/private work area and be on camera during trainings and meetings
