Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist to work as Pharmacy Advisors in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic counseling, education, and support to patients regarding medication therapy and regimens
• Interface via telephone with patient providers and pharmacies to resolve medication-related issues
• Participate in the development and refinement of work systems, tools, processes, and procedures

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Retail, LTC, Hospital, or PBM pharmacy, or other pharmacist-to-patient consultation experience
• Active pharmacist license in AZ, HI, TX, IL, FL, or PA
• Preferred experience working with patients with chronic disease states, especially diabetes
• PC literate with knowledge of pharmacy laws and accurate clinical information
• Flexible, organized, and passionate about working directly with patients
