Job Summary
To support a remote pharmacy practice, the full-time Rhode Island Licensed Pharmacist will review prior authorization criteria, ensure compliance with teleworker policies, and verify active pharmacist licenses while working Monday through Friday with occasional weekend shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Review and complete prior authorization criteria in accordance with policy and procedures
- Verify and document active pharmacist licenses to ensure compliance and currency
- Assess and confirm a secure and private home work environment dedicated to business operations
Required qualifications
- Active pharmacist license in Rhode Island, in good standing
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to provide high-speed internet with specified download and upload speeds
- Completion of training over 5 weeks, Monday through Friday
