Job Summary

Supporting the Revenue Cycle Team, the full-time Medicare Part B Operations Coordinator will manage Medicare Part B claims processing activities, ensuring compliance with CMS requirements through prescriber outreach and documentation management in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate accurate claim processing and submission to reduce bad debt and mitigate legal risk
• Collect and validate prescriber documentation in accordance with CMS guidelines through outreach efforts
• Maintain a centralized repository of prescriber documentation and leverage data to identify actionable claim volume

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail pharmacy, PBM, or account management
• 1+ years of professional experience with MS Excel and Access
• Rhode Island Pharmacy Technician License (Tech II) or CPhT Certification by PTCB preferred
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Strong organizational and diagnostic skills with attention to detail and accuracy
