Job Summary

Providing professional phone assistance to members and providers, the fully remote Rhode Island Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage the prior authorization process, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate administrative support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist members and providers through the prior authorization process via phone
• Document all approvals and denials in a complete and timely manner
• Transfer clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist as needed

Required qualifications

• Verifiable High School diploma or GED
• National pharmacy technician certification
• Eligibility for state registration, certification, or licensure per state regulations
