Rhode Island Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary

Rhode Island Licensed Practical Nurse will work remotely on a contract basis, providing processing and communication of Commercial Prior Authorizations for Pharmacy benefits while handling inbound calls, managing documentation, and supporting the PA team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process criteria-based prior authorizations according to policy
• Provide support to the PA team and communicate with healthcare professionals and members
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a LPN/LVN with an unrestricted license
• Prior authorization or case management experience preferred
• Experience with MS Office and digital charting
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations
• Call center experience is a plus
