Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of business clients, the full-time salaried Rhode Island Licensed Relationship Manager will cultivate relationships, focus on new business development, and ensure client retention while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to segment growth by executing targeted growth goals in new business development, deposit growth, loan production, and treasury management fee income
- Develop and maintain a network of business contacts and referral sources to generate new business and manage the sales pipeline effectively
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Private Bankers to enhance client experience and identify business banking growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of relationship management/sales experience, with 5+ years managing business relationships
- Extensive knowledge of credit, financial analysis techniques, and lending policy
- Proven track record in business development, commercial loan origination, and relationship management
- Advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's) preferred; High School diploma or GED required
- Strong knowledge of business banking, commercial lending, and treasury management products
