Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care and support for the behavioral health needs of assigned patients
• Deliver brief treatment using evidence-based models for common mental health issues
• Collaborate with care teams and facilitate communication regarding patients' behavioral health needs

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work
• Current Rhode Island state LICSW or eligibility within 60 days of employment
• 2+ years of prior healthcare/behavioral health experience
• Geriatric care experience is highly desired
• Proficient in computer skills and electronic health record documentation
